Designed for Teens who might want to work at a camp some day or who just aren't quite ready to give up that sweet camper life, the GRIT CIT (Counselor in Training)  Mentorship program gives participants a taste of what its like to be a counselor- while developing leadership skills at Camp. 

 

This program guides children ages 13-15 through camp experiences aimed to develop their leadership skills, gain valuable community service credits, all while honoring our approach to having a fun, adventurous summer!

Under the supervision of GRIT Camp Directors, our mentees (our program participants) will help facilitate camp activities, engage with campers, and encourage camper connection and participation.

 

The program utilizes self-directed learning to support CIT mentees in their development into young adults ready to take on more responsibilities.

CIT Mentorship Day Pass Rate: $99
Mentorship Summer Pass Rate: $3,495  

Summer Rate is for 12 weeks
